Good day, everyone! My name is Yuka Koshizuka, and I'm 19 years old. This blog is primarily for my food culture class at a private university in Tokyo. Even though this blog is for my class and grades, I intend to post a lot of content (once or twice a week), so I hope you enjoy it!  In this blog, I will mainly post about authentic recipes and how we can make them in Japan (since there are ingredients that are not available in Japan). I am a big fan of Italian cuisine, so there might be more Italian-related recipes than others. Anyways, that will be all for my welcome message! I hope you guys enjoy my blog!
