My Recipes!

 Hi everyone!

In this entry, I will introduce two recipes I made this semester!

The first one would be vegan sausage pasta.

I found this pasta more tasteful than other pasta recipes because I'm boiling the pasta with vegetable broth and other ingredients.

I recommend making this pasta because it is affordable and doesn't take much time.

Recipe

Directions
①In a large pot or a dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat, add onion and saute for 4-5 minutes.
②Add garlic and vegan sausage, cook for another minute while stirring occasionally.
③Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, oregano, vegetable broth and a pinch of salt and pepper.
④Bring mixture to a boil and give it a good stir Then cover and reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes.
⑤Remove from heat and stir in a little of parsley, then serve!

Ingredients
1 pack of penne
1 pack of white or brown mushrooms
1 pack of vegan sausage
3 garlic cloves
1 can os crushed tomatoes
A teaspoon of dried oregano
A teaspoon of dried basil
A cup of vegetable broth
1/2 onion
A pinch of salt and pepper.

The second recipe I made is natto omelet.
This recipe is a very healthy one and is affordable to anyone!
I personally love natto, and I would mix it into anything.
Which led me to make this recipe.

Recipe

Directions
①Beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl, and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise and a pinch of salt.
②After mixing ①, add in a pack of natto and onion (optional) and heat the fry pan into medium heat and add the mixture
③After leaving the mixture to cook for a short period, fold the omelet into your preferred shape and serve!

Ingredients
1 pack of natto
2 medium sized eggs
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise
A pinch of salt
Onion (optional)

Comments

  1. The procedures you outlined in your recipes are clear and easy to follow. I may try a veganized version of your natto omelet as I'm also a fan of natto. Next Foods has a vegan omelet mix that tastes (and behaves) very much like actual eggs.
